This Sunday hundreds of motorbike riders will converge on beautiful Bridgetown in the heart of the South West of  Western Australia to take part in the 2nd annual Black Dog Ride for Lamp. Our aim, apart from having fun, is to raise awareness of mental health and raise money for Lamp Inc  to help them care for the mentally ill. In recent weeks, yet again, two local mental health consumers have walked the dark pathway to attempted suicide. This drives home the urgent need for organisations such as Lamp to have the funds to enable them to continue supporting the mentally ill in our Community. Whilst the Government talks about mental health reform you can do something right now to help! Go online and make a donation, it will make a difference! 

This year we have also added push bikes to the event with five courses looping out of Signal Park Busselton where there will be a massive Community Carnival and mental health expo. The Busselton event commences at 10.00am, with the motorbikes arriving at 1.00pm. Come and join in the fun and support a really good cause.
